INDEPENDENT MORTGAGE ADVISER

INFORMATION

We are looking for an experienced mortgage adviser to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a successful mortgage adviser who is from an Estate Agency. Banking or Mortgage Brokerage background. When joining Dolphin Financial Limited you become a valued member of our team. JOB CRITERIA

  • CeMAP qualified ( or equivalent)
  • A successful sales record/history
  • An understanding of the mortgage market
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of Financial Services sales and an understanding of compliance regulations
  • Full UK driving license is essential

SALARY INFORMATION

Our Independent Mortgage Advisers are self-employed and work when it accommodates them and the business.

RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

INFORMATION

Relationship Managers serve as an important link between our company and its clients. This is to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction. They also manage client relationships and deliver proposals.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Relationship Managers maintain and develop client relationships. The work of a Relationship Manager can help make the public more aware of our business and bring in revenue. Relationship Managers must have a strong understanding of our company’s products and services, also knowledge of the financial sector. They must be ready to develop creative solutions for existing clients, as well as pursue new client opportunities.

DUTIES

The main purpose of a Relationship Manager is to help the client meet their objectives and needs. They must design plans to achieve these goals and create robust strategies. Client managers will be required to travel to meet with clients. They must also perform research to identify new potential clients. Relationship Managers may create presentations to inform potential or existing clients about our company’s products and services. They must ensure that clients are satisfied with the company at all times and will bring in repeated business by resolving any outstanding issues. They also need to inform the company of new contacts and marketing opportunities.

JOB CRITERIA

Relationship Managers should have a knowledge or experience working in the industry of finance or with a legal background. Relationship Managers should have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as solid presentation skills. The ability to operate computer software, such as Microsoft Office, may also be helpful. In summary, you’ll typically need previous experience or knowledge to gain employment as a Relationship Manager, a professional who serves as a vital link between the company and its clients to help ensure client satisfaction is met.

SALARY INFORMATION

All our Relationship Managers are self-employed and work when it accommodates them and the business. This works well with parents looking for that work life balance or semi retired looking for additional income. As part of the agreement you are paid on each service you agree for the client or referral to our financial advisers. We also pay for all training at venues across the country (ideally near to your home) and you would be expected to attend around 6 to 10 of these each year.

Expected earnings per annum £11,000 – £60,000
